pause_experiment

Pause a RUNNING experiment: its platform entities are paused, and on resume the measurement window extends by the paused stretch so the experiment still gets its full window.

Requires a user-bound credential (OAuth login or a personal API key). Organization API keys are anonymous and get error_type: "user_credential_required".
