update_ad_plan
Save changes to the same ad plan, guarded by its current version.
document replaces the draft document: preserve unrelated steps, IDs, fields and local overrides from get_ad_plan. Omitted fields keep their current value; account_id="" clears the selected account. A version_conflict means reload and reconcile, never blindly overwrite. source_row {table_id, row_id} re-records the table row a copy was built from — what its checks and the row-changed review issue compare against; state the row’s new values in document yourself, nothing is substituted. Changes remain local and cannot change a previously approved publication. This does not publish or spend money.
