group_ad_plans
Group drafts that were made separately, so they are compared, edited and reviewed together like copies of one source.
Prefer create_ad_plan_variants when starting from one draft; use this when similar drafts already exist. 2–200 drafts of one platform, none already in a group. reference_plan_id (default: the first) is what the others are compared with. Reuse request_key after an uncertain response. Stores nothing new: the drafts themselves are unchanged.
