fill_ad_plan_slots
Fill a draft’s empty image fields from a creative’s sizes.
Supply exactly one creative_id (the creative, its size children and its concept’s creatives) or concept_id (the concept’s creatives). Each empty image field (of step_id, or of every step) gets the creative that fits the shape the field needs. Fields already holding a creative are left alone. Returns the draft plus filled (step_id, field, creative_id, asset_type) and missing (step_id, field, ratios) fields: resize the creative to the missing ratios to fill those.
