create_creative_concept
Create a creative concept: one idea (angle + hook + brief) and the creatives that execute it. Creative insights can then group results by concept, so you can tell which IDEA wins across all its sizes, copy and video versions. An unknown angle or hook is rejected with the valid list.
Returns: concept: id, name, brief, angle, hook, naming_key, master_creative_id, creative_ids, archived
