attach_ad_plan_asset
Attach an existing stored image/video to a draft’s asset URL field.
Supply exactly one file_asset_id or creative_id from this organization. The creative must have stored source media. Use generate_ad_image or workspace file upload first if needed. A temporary media_ref or signed URL is not a durable asset ID. This saves a stable reference in the named step parameter and never uploads to the ad platform.
