  1. Getting Started

Onboarding

The first time an admin opens a new workspace, Adlyse walks you through a few quick steps so you land on a dashboard with real findings — waste, budget headroom, top fixes — instead of a blank screen. You can skip it and come back anytime; your progress is saved.

Tell us about your business#

Enter your business name and website. Adlyse reads your site to build a first draft of your brand profile — who you are, what you sell, and who your competitors are. You can review and publish it later on the Brand Profile page.

Add your name and role#

A quick line about who you are, so Adlyse can tailor what it shows you.

Connect an account and watch your live audit#

Sign in to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads through the platform’s own secure login. A picker appears so you choose exactly which accounts to bring in. The moment you import one, Adlyse streams a live audit right there in the wizard — wasted spend, safe-budget headroom, and your top suggestions — so you’re looking at real findings within seconds.

A Go to my dashboard button appears as soon as the audit starts, so you don’t have to wait for it to finish.

Prefer to connect later?

Choose “I’ll set this up later” and you’ll land on a Getting Started checklist — connect an account, view suggestions, ask the assistant, set a budget — instead of an empty dashboard. There’s always a clear next step.

While the first sync runs#

The live audit shows real numbers within seconds, but the full first sync keeps working in the background for a few minutes. Your health score and the rest of the dashboard cards fill in once that first sync completes. In the background, Adlyse is also:

  • Pulling in your campaigns, ad sets, ads, and their recent changes for each account you imported.
  • Finishing the brand-profile research it kicked off from your website, including competitor suggestions.

Picking up where you left off#

If you close the wizard partway through, a banner on your next visit links you straight back to where you stopped. Admins can also check the wizard’s status under Admin → Organization.
