  1. Getting Started

Onboarding Wizard

New workspaces step through a short guided onboarding the first time an admin signs in. You can skip it and come back — your progress is saved.

Steps#

  1. Business info — business name and website URL. Adlyse uses the URL as the seed for a brand-research job that scrapes your site and drafts a first-pass brand guideline for you. You can review and edit the result under AI Studio → Guidelines.
  2. User profile — your name and role. Staff accounts are recognized automatically and can skip this step.
  3. Connect ad platforms — OAuth into Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. You need at least one platform connected before the dashboard renders live data.

Once all three steps are done, Adlyse kicks off:

  • The initial ad-account sync (campaigns, ad sets, ads, metrics, change events)
  • The background brand-research job (website scrape + competitor suggestions → draft brand guideline)
  • Provisioning of your system MCP servers

While you wait#

The first sync takes a few minutes. You can browse the empty dashboard and the Explorer views; they’ll populate as data arrives. The ABI score appears on the first snapshot after sync completes.

Resuming an incomplete wizard#

If you close the wizard mid-flow, a banner appears on your next visit with a link back to where you left off. Admins can see the wizard state in Admin → Organization.
