  1. Admin

Team

Bring the rest of your team into Adlyse and decide what each person can touch — from full admins to view-only stakeholders who just need to watch the numbers.

Invite a teammate#

Open the Team page#

Go to Admin → Team → Members.

Enter their email#

Add the person’s email address and choose Invite.

Pick their role#

Set what they’ll be able to do — Admin, Member, or Read-only (see below).

Send the invite#

They receive an onboarding link, set their own password, and join your workspace.

Managing members#

From Admin → Team → Members you can also:

  • Change role — move someone between Admin, Member, and Read-only (plus any custom roles you’ve enabled).
  • Deactivate — instantly cut off access while keeping the person’s history in your audit trail. Good for someone who’s stepped away but whose past activity you want on record.
  • Remove — permanently delete the membership.

What each role can do#

  • Admin — everything, including billing, API keys, team management, and data controls.
  • Member — full use of the product (the decision queue, reports, the assistant, AI Studio), but can’t change organization settings or manage teammates.
  • Read-only — can look but not touch: no changes, no report generation, no approving decisions. Ideal for a client or stakeholder who only needs visibility.

Set a default role for new invites#

You can pick a role that’s applied automatically to every new invite, so you’re not choosing one each time. Admins can still override it for any individual person.

Single sign-on (SSO)#

On Enterprise plans, your team can log in through your company’s existing identity system — single sign-on, or SSO — instead of a separate Adlyse password. It’s built on the SAML standard that most company logins use. Setup is handled with the Adlyse team during onboarding; contact your account manager to turn it on.

Common flows#

  • Add a stakeholder. Invite anyone who only needs to watch as Read-only.
  • Off-board someone. Deactivate to keep their history, or Remove to delete them entirely.
  • Standardize new hires. Set a default invite role so everyone starts with the right access.
