Organization

Open the Organization page when you need to update your workspace’s details, check what you’re spending, brand the reports your clients see, or export your data. It’s the home for everything that applies to your whole account rather than a single campaign.

Workspace details#

Set your workspace’s name, slug (the short name that appears in your Adlyse web address), industry, and logo. You also set your website URL here.

What to do: keep these current. Your website powers the brand research Adlyse runs during onboarding, and it doubles as the default web address shown on report exports — so an out-of-date URL shows up in front of clients.

Billing and credits#

Adlyse runs on credits. Every piece of AI work spends them — assistant replies, generated reports, and actions run by outside AI tools connected to your account.

The billing panel shows you:

  • Current balance — how many credits you have left.
  • Usage this period — broken down by where credits were spent, so you can see what’s costing you.
  • Your plan and seat count.
  • Invoices and payment method — handled securely through Stripe.

What to do: change your plan right from the panel. Plan changes take effect immediately; if you top up credits, you’re charged at the moment of purchase.

Report branding#

Admins can set the logo and primary color that appear on the report PDFs and the customer portal your clients see — so what you send out looks like your brand, not ours.

Your data#

You stay in control of everything in your workspace:

  • Export — request a complete copy of your data: campaigns, ads, metrics, reports, and workspace files. It’s formatted to satisfy data-access requests (a customer’s or regulator’s legal right to a copy of their data).
  • Delete — request permanent deletion of the entire workspace.

Deletion is permanent

Workspace deletion can’t be undone once the 7-day grace period passes. Everything — accounts, history, reports — is gone for good.

Common flows#

  • Refresh your branding. Update the logo and primary color so client-facing reports match your look.
  • Watch your spend. Check the billing panel’s usage breakdown to see where credits are going.
  • Get a copy of your data. Request an export before a review, migration, or audit.
