resync_site_source

Retry source synchronization for site_source_id in the current organization. Requires workflow-management permission.

Returns queued and source_states. An active dispatch lease suppresses duplicate dispatch; a broker failure releases the lease for retry. Subscription restrictions remain in force. A queued response acknowledges dispatch, not completed ingestion.
