get_table

Get a table’s schema and current conditional background/text coloring rules.

Call this before writing rows — add_table_rows and update_table_rows key their values by column KEY (not display name), and a key that does not exist is rejected rather than silently dropped.

Args: table_id: The table id (e.g. “dtbl_abc123”)

Returns: {id, name, description, row_count, coloring_rules, coloring_rules_error, columns: [{id, key, name, data_type, is_primary, is_required, options, valid_operators}]}

valid_operators is exactly what query_table_rows accepts for that column — do not infer them from data_type. coloring_rules_error is null when rules are valid, or explains stale rules after column deletion/type changes. Repair or remove invalid rules before resubmitting coloring_rules to update_table.
